なので寝酒することに・・・・

でもダイエット中なので一本で我慢！！

てか最近すごく寝付きが悪くて・・・・

誰か寝付きが良くなる方法教えてちょ(>_<)

ゆいちゃん、その前に当然ネイルは外してから寝るんだよね。
寝酒はくせになるとアル中につながるので、あまりお勧めできないね。
ベタですが、照明を暗くしてアロマキャンドルをつけ、アロマオイルをたいてその匂いをかぐことでリラックスして眠りにつくことができると思う。ラベンダーがいいらしいよ。
あとはホットミルクを飲むとか頭寒足熱ということで足をお湯で暖めるとかすると眠りにつくことが出来ると思うよ。余り眠れないと悩むのも眠れなくなる原因だから、あまり悩まないのも手だと思うよ。
